Carowinds amusement park in North Carolina has reopened its Fury 325 giga roller coaster after it was closed in June due to a crack on the support beam. The ride underwent repairs and testing, including the installation of a new steel support beam, and passed a final inspection by the North Carolina Department of Labor. The roller coaster, touted as the tallest and fastest giga coaster in North America, reaches speeds of up to 95 mph and has a peak height of 325 feet.
