Uber has launched a toll-free phone line for scheduling immediate or future rides in English or Spanish, similar to a typical taxi. The company has also introduced new features, including group grocery shopping, upgraded Uber Eats gifts, and teen accounts with safety features such as audio recordings, RideCheck, and the option to use a PIN. Only screened drivers who are experienced and highly rated will carry out trips with teen Uber users, and drivers can opt out of such rides.
