Delta flight emergency slide accidentally deploys, injuring crew member.

An inflatable emergency slide accidentally deployed inside a Delta Air Lines plane while on the ground at Salt Lake International Airport. The plane had diverted to Salt Lake City due to a maintenance issue, and no emergency landing was declared due to the slide. One crew member was taken to the hospital for evaluation but has since been discharged. All passengers were re-accommodated on a secondary aircraft, and the flight landed at Los Angeles International Airport without further incident.
