Delta Air Lines Soars with Expanded Service to Austin, Texas

Delta Air Lines will begin offering three daily flights from McAllen to Austin starting April 22, marking the first time the airline has provided service from McAllen. This expansion is part of Delta's efforts to increase its presence in Texas, as American Airlines cuts routes out of Austin. In addition to the new Austin flights, Delta will also add flights to Nashville, Midland-Odessa, and its hub in Minneapolis-St. Paul. The airline plans to grow in other Texas cities as well, including DFW International Airport, Dallas Love Field, Houston Hobby, and El Paso.
