The Importance of Airplane Mode During Flights.

The aviation industry continues to ban the use of mobile phones on planes due to potential ground interference and concerns about 5G wireless networks interfering with navigation systems near airports. While in-flight use of phones does not currently impair the aircraft's ability to operate, cabin crews may prefer not to be delayed in providing in-flight service to all passengers. Disruptive passenger behavior, including air rage, is also a concern with the potential for everyone talking at once.
