Snowflake and Nvidia team up for generative AI in the cloud.

Snowflake has partnered with Nvidia and Microsoft to offer customised AI models for businesses that will keep proprietary data safe. The partnership with Nvidia will provide an alternative to companies concerned about ChatGPT and proprietary information. Using Nvidia’s NeMo framework for AI developers, Snowflake's customers will be able to use the data in their Snowflake accounts to make custom large-language models for advanced generative AI services. The ability to customise LLMs without moving data enables proprietary information to remain fully secured and governed within the Snowflake platform.
