Salesforce-owned Slack is set to introduce an AI chatbot tool, Slack GPT, that will allow users to summarise missed messages, take notes on calls and huddles, and adjust message tone. The tool will also be able to summarise dozens of messages missed in a specific chat group. The AI chatbot tools are expected to be rolled out within the next year. Salesforce also announced no-code features for professionals, including AI-generated responses to customers and case summaries, automating incident management, and auto-generating campaign copy and images.
