Meta and Instagram's Twitter Competitors Set to Launch Soon

Meta's rumored Twitter competitor is nearing completion and could launch as early as the end of June. The decentralized app is said to work with current Instagram parameters and integrate with other platforms like Mastodon. Text updates will be limited to 500 characters, and users can attach links, photos, and videos up to five minutes long. The service will have its own versions of likes, replies, and reposts, and looks a lot like Twitter with a dash of Instagram's design scheme.
