"Introducing Rufus: Amazon's AI Shopping Assistant"

Amazon has introduced an AI shopping assistant named Rufus, which is currently in beta and will be available to select customers before rolling out to more users in the coming weeks. Rufus is trained on Amazon's product library and customer reviews, and can answer questions, make comparisons, provide suggestions, and more. It can be accessed through Amazon's mobile app by typing or speaking questions into the search bar, and will appear at the bottom of the screen to provide answers or suggest questions.
