Ford unveiled Ford Pro AI, an AI-powered chatbot integrated into its Pro telematics platform that analyzes data from commercial vehicles (e.g., speed, seat belt activity, engine health) to generate actionable fleet guidance, draft emails, and delegate tasks. It uses manufacturer-grade data to reduce AI hallucinations, operates in read-only mode with a human in the loop, and works with any vehicle equipped with an embedded modem.
