Elon Musk Clashes with Meta's AI Chief Over xAI Recruitment

Elon Musk spent part of his Memorial Day weekend engaging in a public exchange on X with Meta's AI chief, Yann LeCun, questioning his recent scientific contributions. LeCun, who has published over 80 technical papers since January 2022, found the conversation entertaining, especially as it took place during an 8-hour transatlantic flight. This is not the first time Musk has publicly clashed with tech rivals, having previously challenged Mark Zuckerberg to a cage match and filed a lawsuit against OpenAI cofounder Sam Altman.
