Top U.S. Beach House Buying Destinations Ranked

Vacation rental management platform Vacasa has released a report ranking the top ten destinations to purchase a beach home in the U.S. in 2023. Lake Anna, Virginia, Hatteras Island, North Carolina, and Navarre, Florida, are the top three most profitable markets to purchase a beach home, offering cap rates of 12.1%, 9.51%, and just over 8%, respectively. The report also includes Palm Coast, Florida, Surf City, North Carolina, Gulf Shores, Alabama, Destin, Florida, North Topsail Beach, North Carolina, Rockaway Beach, Oregon, and 30A Florida in the top ten list.
