The property, known as "Beam Ends," includes a main home and two guest houses spanning over 15,000 square feet. Originally purchased for $16 million in 2006, the estate was sold by Cindy and Evan Jones to Nantucket Mountain LLC. The compound features stunning views of Nantucket Harbor, 600 feet of beach frontage, and is surrounded by conservation lands.
