Jeff Bezos and his fiancée, Lauren Sanchez, have reportedly purchased a waterfront estate on Miami Beach's Indian Creek Island for $68 million, setting a new price record for the exclusive enclave known as the "Billionaire Bunker." The off-market deal was sealed in June, and the property includes a 10,000-square-foot mansion with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, situated on 2.75 acres. Bezos is also said to be interested in a neighboring estate listed for $85 million. Indian Creek Island is accessible only by a bridge or boat and is heavily guarded with 24/7 security.
