Exploring the Latest Home Design Trends at the Parade of Homes

The Parade of Homes in central Ohio is back, featuring 55 properties across 21 communities, including apartments for the first time. The event, hosted by the Building Industry Association of Central Ohio, aims to showcase a variety of homes at different price points and address the demand for rental properties in the area. The homes range from a 1,500-square-foot townhome priced at $290,000 to a 6,356-square-foot luxury home priced at $2.4 million. The Parade of Homes runs until October 8th.
