Billy Joel is selling his 26-acre waterfront estate in Centre Island, New York, for $49.9 million. The property, known as "MiddleSea," features four homes, over 2,000 feet of private beachfront, and luxurious amenities. Joel first saw the estate as a teenager while farming oysters and purchased it in 2002. The estate's name is inspired by its location and Joel's favorite piano note, "middle C."
