Walmart is recalling high-powered magnetic balls sold in 216-piece sets due to the risk of ingestion by children, which can cause serious internal injuries or death. The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has reported multiple cases of injuries and deaths from swallowed magnets.
