Paid Parking Introduced in Old Towne Orange

Starting February 9, Old Towne Orange will implement paid parking with rates from $1.25 to $2 per hour to improve parking turnover, while maintaining over a thousand free parking spaces including a large parking structure; residents can apply for free permits, but business owners and employees are not exempt, sparking mixed reactions from the community and local business owners.
