$25 million lottery winner's plans for a memorable Christmas and debt-free future

Desiree Fortini-Craft, a Hyde Park woman, has won the $25 million top prize in the Massachusetts State Lottery's "Billion Dollar Extravaganza" scratch ticket game. This is not her first big win, as she previously won a $1 million grand prize in 2006.
