A Cleveland woman, Rhonda Long, finally has a new mail carrier after three years of not receiving any mail, as her previous carrier was fired pending an investigation due to intentional non-delivery of mail. Long and several of her neighbors had been affected by the issue, prompting a formal congressional inquiry from Congresswoman Shontel Brown's office. The United States Postal Service (USPS) has been contacted for comment but has not responded.
