Father's Treehouse for Daughter Faces Preservation Battle with HOA

A father in Las Vegas built an elaborate treehouse for his daughter, who has a learning disability, in their backyard. However, the HOA ruling may require him to tear it down as he failed to go through the approval process. The Southern Nevada Arborist Group recommended preserving the structure, but the HOA disagreed. The father may have to remove or relocate the treehouse unless the rules change or an exception is made.
