ServiceNow Unveils AI-Powered Talent Transformation Solution for Workforce Management.

ServiceNow has launched a new product for employee skills intelligence, learning, career management, and talent mobility, called Employee Growth and Development (EGD). The platform, built on the acquisition of Hitch, is designed to compete with similar solutions from Workday, Oracle, SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, Gloat, Fuel50, and Eightfold. ServiceNow's EGD includes a manager dashboard, career dashboard, and features that enable employees to write and discuss their aspirations, using AI to match their goals to roles, jobs, and content. The platform also lets employees browse and search for content, and is designed to integrate with existing systems.
