Missouri's BJC Healthcare and St. Luke's Health System to Merge

BJC Healthcare and St. Luke's Health System have signed a non-binding letter of intent to merge and form an integrated Missouri-based health system, with hopes to expand healthcare access in Missouri and reach more than six million patients. The merger aims to offer advanced, emerging, and innovative models of care to improve access, affordability, and quality of care offered to patients. Both organizations are working toward reaching a definitive merger agreement in the upcoming months.
