Kahului Restaurant Shut Down Due to Roach Infestation Complaint

Siu's Chinese Kitchen in Kahului has been shut down by the state Department of Health due to a severe cockroach infestation, with live roaches found on food, utensils, and surfaces. The restaurant must eradicate the infestation, implement a pest control program, clean and remove debris, seal openings, and discard broken containers before reopening. Another Kahului restaurant, Jacky's Macau Café, was also closed for violations including unsafe refrigeration and lack of proper sanitation.
