Amazon Delivery Worker Survives Rattlesnake Bite During Package Drop-off

An Amazon delivery driver in Palm City, Florida, was bitten by an eastern diamondback rattlesnake while dropping off a package, leaving her in serious condition. The venomous snake attacked her as she placed the package at the resident's door, biting her on the back of her leg. The driver immediately called 911 and was reported to be in "very serious" condition. Eastern diamondback rattlesnakes are found throughout Florida and are known for their venomous bites, which can be treated with an antidote.
