Taylor Swift's former townhouse in NYC's West Village, which inspired her song "Cornelia Street," is now for sale for $17,995,000. The 4-bedroom, 5,500-square-foot pad features a 30-foot indoor swimming pool and a rooftop terrace with downtown views. The Italian investor who owns the property had previously listed it for rent at $45,000 a month, and an extra $5k if the renter wanted it furnished. The timing of the sale coincides with Taylor's Eras tour.
