Hadley Gamble, a CNBC anchor based in Dubai, was the female employee who filed a complaint against NBCUniversal CEO Jeff Shell, leading to his resignation. Gamble is best known for being one of the last Western reporters to interview Russian President Vladimir Putin before the invasion of Ukraine last year. She was accused by Russian state media of acting "as a sex object" during the interview. Gamble is a native of Tennessee and worked as a stringer for The Associated Press and Reuters before joining CNBC in 2010. She currently hosts "Capital Connections" on the business channel in the Middle East.
