The FBI is investigating the incident, which involved the man using a "buddy pass" from Southwest Airlines to pass through security and board the Delta flight. He was seen taking pictures of other passengers' boarding passes and attempted to stow away in the lavatory. The suspect is being held on a federal detainer, and the flight departed about half an hour late. This incident comes after a similar case where a woman boarded an American Airlines flight without a boarding pass.
