Pizza delivery driver stops high-speed chase by tripping suspect

A pizza delivery driver in Delaware County, Tyler Morell, helped police put a stop to a high-speed chase by tripping a suspect who was fleeing the scene after crashing a stolen car. The incident was caught on video, and police say Morell's quick thinking helped them make the arrest. The suspect who was tripped is a juvenile, and a second suspect, who had been sitting in the stolen vehicle, was also arrested. The two suspects are facing multiple charges.
