A 60-year-old Philadelphia woman, Dulce Huertas, has been charged with interference with flight crew members and attendants, simple assault, and indecent exposure after allegedly causing a disturbance on a Frontier Airlines flight from Orlando to Philadelphia. Huertas, who had consumed two alcoholic drinks, reportedly stood up and began yelling and cursing at passengers and flight attendants before attempting to remove her pants and underwear in the aisle. She faces a potential maximum sentence of 21 years and three months in prison if convicted.
