Multiple Arrests Made in Connection to Fatal Brown County Crashes

A 21-year-old Indianapolis man, Jaffett Jackson Zelaya, was arrested for his alleged role in a deadly crash that occurred in Brown County, Indiana. The crash involved two vehicles and resulted in the death of Kevin Sullivan, the driver of a Chevrolet Silverado. Zelaya was driving a Chevrolet Camaro that went airborne and hit the roof of Sullivan's vehicle. Police believe alcohol and speed were factors in the crash.
