FBI arrests exiled Chinese billionaire and Bannon ally Guo Wengui.

Exiled Chinese billionaire Guo Wengui, who has business ties with Steve Bannon, has been arrested by the FBI on charges of orchestrating a $1 billion fraud. Guo and Bannon have been under investigation in connection with GTV Media Group, which the Securities and Exchange Commission previously accused of violating securities laws. The SEC also filed civil charges against Guo and his financial adviser for "multiple offering frauds" that targeted retail investors through online and social media posts and videos. Bannon helped Guo found GTV, but has not been charged.
