"Father Confronts Flight Attendant Over Alleged Recording of Daughter on American Airlines Flight"

A 37-year-old flight attendant, Estes Carter Thompson III, was arrested for allegedly attempting to secretly record a 14-year-old female passenger using a bathroom aboard a flight. He faces charges of attempted sexual exploitation of children and possession of child sexual abuse images. The father of the victim confronted Thompson after his daughter discovered a phone taped to the toilet. Investigations revealed that Thompson had recordings of four other minor female passengers using lavatories on previous flights. American Airlines stated that the flight attendant was immediately withheld from service following the incident and hasn't worked since.
