Delta First Class Passenger Accused of Forcibly Kissing Flight Attendant and Breaking Pilot's Tray

A Delta Airlines first-class passenger, David Alan Burk, was arrested for allegedly forcibly kissing a male flight attendant on the neck during a flight from Minnesota to Alaska. The passenger, who was travelling to settle his dead friend's estate, was denied red wine before takeoff and later became intoxicated. He denied the allegations but was charged with interfering with flight crew members and making false statements.
