"$44K in Legos Taken from Hospitalized Kids"

The V for Victory Foundation, which donates Legos to children undergoing cancer treatment, has suffered a significant loss as thieves stole over $44,000 worth of Legos intended for the kids. The foundation's owner, Paul Scott, who started the charity inspired by his own son's cancer diagnosis, estimates that the theft will impact around 440 children's appointments. The Jacksonville police have no suspects yet, and the foundation is seeking donations to replace the stolen items.
