"Massive Recall: 2 Million Handheld Garment Steamers Pose Serious Burn Hazard"

Vornado has recalled two million handheld garment steamers due to a serious burn hazard. The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) is overseeing the recall to protect consumers from unreasonable risk of injury or death associated with the use of consumer products. Federal law prohibits the sale of products subject to a Commission ordered recall or a voluntary recall undertaken in consultation with the CPSC.
