"Massive Air Fryer Recall: 300,000 Units Pose Burn Hazard"

Empower Brands is recalling approximately 319,000 Power XL Dual Basket Air Fryers due to a potential burn hazard. The recall was initiated after the company received reports of the product breaking, resulting in three burn injuries. The faulty component in the air fryer's basket apparatus poses a burn risk, prompting consumers to cease use immediately and contact the manufacturer for a full refund. The affected models, PowerXL DUAF-10 and DUAF-005 Vortex Dual-Basket Air Fryers, were sold nationwide and online at major retailers from August 2021 to October 2023.
