Amazon Introduces Same-Day Prescription Delivery in NYC and LA

Amazon has expanded its same-day delivery service to include prescription drugs in New York City and the greater Los Angeles area through its online pharmacy service, Amazon Pharmacy. The company is using new, smaller facilities to speed up deliveries and plans to add more than a dozen other cities by the end of the year. Additionally, Amazon is dispatching e-bikes for some deliveries in New York and has been experimenting with e-cargo delivery bikes in the city for several years.
