Tesla has released a video explaining how to use the Drag Strip Mode setting on the Model S to unlock the full potential of its tri-motor drivetrain. The video was released after the Dodge Demon 170 claimed the world's quickest car title with the ability to accelerate from 0-60 mph in 1.66 seconds on a drag strip. While the Demon 170 comes with features to optimize weight transfer under acceleration, the Model S has its own tricks, including the "Cheetah Stance" that engages when the driver steps on the brake and gas pedal at the same time.
