"Publix parking deck collapse in Atlanta blamed on crane truck"

A parking deck in Atlanta partially collapsed after an unauthorized person drove a crane truck onto the upper level, past weight-limit warning signs. The incident occurred at the Summerhill Station parking deck, which is anchored by a Publix Super Market. The driver of the truck was injured but not in a life-threatening condition. The deck, owned by Branch Properties, will undergo repairs soon. The Summerhill Station complex, located in a former parking lot near Turner Field, opened in June and includes a Publix store and other retail spaces.
